TheBalm is well known for their high performance products that live up to their claims and I have yet to be disappointed! From their smooth and buttery eye shadows to their tinted moisturizer they have your makeup bases covered. However, the product that has stood out the most to me lately is their ‘Mary Lou Manizer’ aka ‘the luminizer’. This highlighting product makes your skin look glowing and healthy without the problem of too much glitter or frost. My favourite place to apply it is to the tops of my cheekbones and under my brow bone, but highlighters can be applied to many places depending on your skin and what features you want to bring out! For me I have oily skin so I don’t need any down my nose or above my eyebrows, but for those with dry skin this highlighter can really make your skin glow beautifully and combat any ‘dull’ skin issues you may be dealing with. Try it in a thin strip down the centre of your nose to slim it down, or above your eyebrow arch to lift your face. Even a dap on to cupids bow above your lip will plump your lips instantly.

Principessa Dry Shampoo
Hey all! Hope you had a wonderful holiday season and here’s to a great 2012!
So I know I’ve already gone on and on about Principessa’s dry shampoo, but did I mention it comes in a shade for darker hair girls like myself?! This just made me love it even more! And if you’re just looking to try it to see if you love it too there are mini sizes as well as the regular!
I also thought I’d give Principessa’s Cattiva Diva hand cream a shout out! I never leave the house without it and it has been a saviour to my hands the past few months. It smells gentle and feminine, and makes my hands so soft, silky and moisturized.
